What does this cost?
The honest version. No "contact us for a quote" runaround.
[The market]// so_you_know_the_landscape
What the market charges.
A cheap template
~$500
A marketplace gig. You get a page that exists. It doesn't get found and it doesn't book jobs.
A freelancer
$3,000–5,000
A real website, if you find a good one. The follow-up systems and SEO are usually on you.
A full-service agency
$8,000–15,000
For the site alone, and most then bill a monthly retainer on top for the SEO and upkeep.
How Abelomega prices.
We don't sell hours, and we don't resell a $500 marketplace theme. Every build runs on our own engineered foundation, the same stack we run our own business on, tuned to yours. And we price against the return the system creates for you, not against how long it takes us. That's why the first step is a free 30-minute Discovery Audit: we find what your missed calls and slow follow-ups are actually costing you, then size the build to that. (When the call uncovers bigger problems, we offer a paid 5-Day Deep-Dive Audit, a written game plan that credits 100% toward your build.)
Included on every build.
- The local SEO foundation is included, never billed back later as an add-on.
- You own your website and your data outright.
- No long-term contract.
How the audit sets your number.
The Discovery Audit is 30 minutes and free. We look at how customers find you, count where jobs are leaking (missed calls, slow follow-up, no reviews coming in), and put a real dollar figure on what that's costing you. Then we size the build against that number. As a rule of thumb: one extra job you'd have otherwise missed usually covers the setup cost outright. Everything after that is what the system's actually worth to you. If the math doesn't work for your business, we'll tell you that too, and you'll leave the call knowing exactly where you're losing leads either way.
Roughly what to expect
Builds run from $3,000 to $7,500one-time, depending on how much of the system you switch on: from a findable website, to the full front door with the AI answering your phone. There's a monthly after that keeps the engine running (hosting, the AI, monitoring, support), sized to your tier.

[The tiers]// four_ways_in
The tiers.
Each tier switches on another lane of your front door, another way a customer reaches you: search, then follow-up, then your messages, then the phone. Start where it hurts most. Upgrading later costs exactly the difference, never a penalty.
lane_01 / search
Get Found
The search lane. A fast, findable website with the local SEO foundation built in, and your site structured so AI assistants can cite you too. For a business with no site or a weak one: you exist, and the right customers can find you.
lane_02 / follow-up
core offerNever Lose a Lead
The follow-up lane. Your CRM plus every automation that makes it worth having: follow-up sequences so leads never go cold, missed-call text-back, booking notifications, instant alerts when a lead comes in, and review requests on autopilot.
lane_03 / messages
AI Front Desk
The message lane. One AI agent answering across web chat, text, Instagram, and Facebook, qualifying leads and booking jobs 24/7. Every lead that types instead of calls gets an answer in seconds.
lane_04 / phone
Full Front Door
The phone lane, the biggest one in the trades. The AI answers every call live, 24/7, so the job that comes in at 8pm never hits voicemail. Priority support included. Now every way a customer can reach you is covered.
What the monthly actually covers
The one-time build is the system. The monthly is what keeps it alive and improving: hosting and uptime, the AI itself (every call it answers and message it handles has a real compute cost), monitoring so we catch a problem before you do, support from a real person who answers, and the small ongoing edits a living business needs. It's sized to your tier, because an AI answering your phone 24/7 costs more to run than a website with a care plan. What it's never sized to is lock-in: there's no long-term contract, and the system keeps earning its monthly or you stop paying it.
Rather own it outright?
Any build can be handed over as a one-time system you own, for owners who'd rather not run on a monthly. A light care plan keeps it healthy.

The hours are yours.
Thirty minutes. We map where calls, leads, and hours are slipping through the cracks, and show you exactly what we would build. If it's not a fit, you keep the map.
