All content (text, project photos, logos, and design) is owned by Abelomega AI. Personal viewing and sharing is fine. No commercial reuse of any content or photography without written permission.
6 · No professional or structural warranty
Automation and system guidance is not a substitute for your own legal, tax, or licensing compliance review. Confirm any regulated-industry requirements (e.g., A2P 10DLC messaging, CRM data handling) with your own counsel where relevant.
7 · Third-party links and "as is"
We are not responsible for third-party sites we link to. This site is provided "as is" with no warranties and no guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8 · Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability arising from your use of this site is capped at the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim. This cap does not apply to liability under a signed service agreement.
